ZDFR-S Coal-fired Fluidized Bed Hot Air Furnace

Technique Information:
The combustion way of the coal-fired fluidized bed hot air furnace is that the broken coal particles with diameter below 10mm are send evenly into the fluidized bed of the furnace chamber with coal feeder. The high pressure blasts from the blower are injected by the equal pressure bellows into the furnace chamber through nozzle button pores on the distributor. The blasts from all directions from the air bed to support coal particles and charging material for fluidisable boiling combustion. The coal particles and coal slag in high temperature crash and split mutually till burning into cinders. Featured by large contact area between air and fuel, high relative motion speed, long burning of fuel in fluidized bed, fast burning speed, high burning rat, energy saving and environment protection, this combustion way is widely applied and quickly spread in industrial furnaces.

ZDFR-H Clean Two Stage Separation Coal-fired Fluidized Bed Hot Air Furnace

Technique Information:
The furnace (Patent Number:ZL03 2 54894.X)，based on the ZDFR-S fluidized bed hot air furnace, is designed with two stage inertia gas-solid separators and whistle-pipe secondary air construction in the chamber. Such two stage separators as U trough firebrick impingement separator and U burning settling chamber raise the burning rate and reduce the flying ashes carried secretly in the exhaust gas for the clean hot flue gas supply. The whistle-pipe secondary air can reinforce the burning blast and sweep the ashes piled in the furnace hearth for slag easy to be removed. The additional settling chamber, longer than that in ZDFR-S, can be gas-mixing chamber where the natural cold gas is mixed to adjust the temperature of the supply flue gases.

ZDFR-M Fluidized Bed Hot Air Furnace for Coal Mill

Technique Information:
The furnace is the second generation of ZDFR-H with two stage inertia gas-solid separators kept and whistle-pipe secondary air construction removed in case of second flying ashes and residual carbon reburning. In the gas-mixing chamber, the exhaust outlet duct is specially designed with Urgent diffusing chimney and cold air regulating valve to guarantee the gas temperature inside and safe work of the coal mill.

Application Range:
The furnace is applied to such equipments as tube air swept coal mill, dry-grinding plants for pulverized coal and rotary drier.

ZDMR Fluidized Bed Hot Air Furnace For Winnow Mill- Pulverized Coal

Technique Information:
The pulverized coal furnace is composed by coal feeder, FXM winnow mill, second air fan, pulverized coal burner, blast volume control valve and furnace body. The raw coals, pulverized by the winnow mill, are sent into primary air pipe to be ejected by the pulverized coal burner for burning in the chamber. At the same time, the second air pulverizes the coals in the burner for full burning in the chamber.
